1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://devoguein.in/ (the "Site") and the interior design, execution, and related services provided by Devoguein Interior Design Studio ("Devoguein", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access our services.

2. Services Offered

Devoguein provides end-to-end interior design and execution services, including but not limited to:

• Modular kitchen design and installation
• Living room interiors, including TV units and false ceilings
• Master bedroom and kids' bedroom interiors with wardrobes and storage
• Commercial interior design for offices, retail, and hospitality spaces
• Temple and mandir interior design, including pooja room units
• Full home interiors for 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments and villas
• Renovation and refit projects for older homes

We serve clients across Noida Extension, Gaur City 2, Sector 16C, Ace Divino, Sector 1, Panchsheel Greens, Sector 16B, and the wider Greater Noida West belt.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

All quotes provided by Devoguein are based on the information available at the time of the site visit and the scope of work discussed. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing is confirmed only after a free site visit, design finalisation, and material selection. Any changes to the scope of work, materials, or design after quote approval may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated to you in writing before additional work begins.

We strive to provide transparent, itemised quotes with no hidden costs after approval. However, unforeseen site conditions (such as structural issues or electrical work not visible during the initial visit) may require additional charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment terms apply:

• A booking advance is required to confirm your project and begin design work.
• Stage-wise payments are scheduled based on project milestones (e.g., design approval, material procurement, execution phases).
• Final payment is due upon project completion and handover.

All payments should be made through the agreed payment methods. Delays in payment may affect project timelines. Devoguein reserves the right to pause work if payments are not made as per the agreed schedule.

5. Design and 3D Visualisation

We provide realistic 3D visuals of your space before execution begins. These visuals are for design approval purposes and may vary slightly from the final executed work due to material availability, site conditions, or minor design refinements.

Execution begins only after you have reviewed and approved the final 3D design. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and affect timelines.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated in good faith based on the scope of work and site readiness. Typical full-home projects are completed within 45 to 60 working days after design and quote approval, depending on the complexity and availability of materials.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Society restrictions on material movement or working hours
• Delays in client approvals or payments
• Material shortages or supplier delays
• Unforeseen site conditions or structural issues

We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimise their impact on your project.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, clients are requested to:

• Provide accurate information about the site, layout, and requirements
• Ensure timely approvals for designs, materials, and changes
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Coordinate access to the site as needed for execution
• Inform us of any society-specific rules or restrictions in advance

8. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, 3D visuals, drawings, and other materials created by Devoguein remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, share, or use these materials for purposes other than the agreed project without our prior written consent.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

• If cancellation occurs before design work begins, the booking advance may be refundable after deducting any site visit or consultation costs.
• If cancellation occurs after design work has begun, fees for work completed up to that point will be deducted.
• If cancellation occurs after execution has begun, payments for materials procured and work completed will be deducted.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after final settlement.

10. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Devoguein provides a structured warranty on execution and hardware as per the terms shared during your consultation. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

For any after-sales support or warranty claims, please contact us directly, and our team will assist you promptly.

11. Limitation of Liability

Devoguein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

Devoguein reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
